Production
- Harvest executed at the end of August.
- Blank wine-making in controlled temperature steel tanks.
- For business choice the “malolattica” fermentation is not taking place, in order to enhance the freshness of the wine and the peculiarities of the soil.
- Tirage and bottling in the spring next to the picking.
- 40 months on yeasts.
